Achieve better outcomes using the 8000 Series controller

PCS Ferguson has worked with customers for over 25 years to develop a recognized automation product that gives operators a solution to their field needs.

8000 Series controllers allow you to operate hydraulic lift, gas lift, PAGL conventional plunger lift, and intermittently flowing wells. The controllers also optimize chemical injection, monitor and record tank levels, and leverage downhole gauges.

8000 Series controllers support multi-well pads with up to 8 wells per pad. The controller allows you to operate different lift methods simultaneously.

PCS Ferguson offers customers local field expertise, fit-for-purpose equipment, and solutions for your field-specific production optimization needs.

Facilities Process Monitoring

Most gas-related lift strategies require peripheral device monitoring as actionable inputs to efficiently manage single well or pad-oriented asset construction.

Flexible Integration

Industrial standard protocols and distributed hardware architecture allows 8000 Series controllers to adapt to your current digital and electronic solutions.

Predictive Analysis

Physics-based algorithms model real-time well status, allowing for improved performance as conditions change at the surface and down hole.

Results-driven decision making

Machine learning ensures that control parameters are set based on historical results to fit individual well characteristics.
